Yokefellows is a private challenge board for a small invited group of yoke leaders. It is not a public service and there is no sign-up — an account only works if an administrator has already registered your email address.
What we collect
- Your name and email address, received from Google when
you sign in. We request only the
profileandemailscopes. We never receive your Google password, and we cannot read your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or contacts. - Challenge submissions you create: the challenge, the date of the work, and any note you write.
- Photos you upload as evidence for a submission.
- Review activity: whether a submission was approved or rejected, when, by which administrator, and the stated reason.
What we do with it
It runs the challenge board and nothing else. Your name is shown to other members alongside your yoke's submissions. We do not sell or share your information, we do not use it for advertising, and there is no analytics or third-party tracking on this site.
Where it is stored
Application data is held in a Postgres database hosted by Railway. Photos are stored in Cloudflare R2 and are served only through short-lived signed links — they are not publicly browsable. Encrypted backups are retained for 35 days.
How long we keep it
Submissions and photos are kept while the challenge programme runs, so your yoke can see its own history. Ask an administrator to delete your account and we will remove your personal information and your uploaded photos.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time, and you can revoke this app's access to your Google account from your Google account permissions page.
